Experiences Canada is holding its Annual General Meeting on Friday November 10th, 2023 at Ottawa, Ontario from 10:15 am – Noon EST
All are welcome but only members in good standing may vote on motions or during the election (good standing means a membership was purchased in 2023 – 2024).
Experiences Canada 2023 AGM will be held in Ottawa on November 10th. Any person wishing to attend virtually must pre-register at the following (link to RSVP) and only members in good standing may be able to vote. Once registered, a Zoom link will be sent to the email address 24 hours in advance of the AGM.
Beside this message is the draft agenda for AGM 2023, which may be subject to minor changes up to and including November 10th.
In addition to the business of the charity there will be an election for up to four (4) new director positions.
