Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 

Experiences Canada invites members to join us for our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place virtually on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 4:00 PM – 4:40 PM EST. 

This is an opportunity to learn more about the work our organization has been doing over the past year and hear about the impact of our Youth Exchange Program across Canada. 

Registration 

Registration is required to attend the AGM. Please send an email to communications@experiencescanada.ca with your name, organization, and email address. 

Once registered, you will receive a link to join the meeting 24 hours before the AGM. 

Voting 

Only Members in good standing are eligible to vote at the AGM (those who paid their 2025-2026 membership fees).
